visual insets for alternate postures and may be modified for a short
morning workout of 20 minutes or an entire flow class of 82 minutes
including a deep Savasana. All levels.

- Optional 20 minute workout - just do the opening full-body warm-up

body: standing, seated, gentle twists and supine poses ending

YogaPower: A strong vinyasa flow in a style emphasizing breath,
self-acceptance, strength and alignment. This full length class includes
over 80 minutes of challenging asana building strength and flexibility
with alignment cues, universal philosophy and powerful affirmation.
Includes a deep finishing guided savasana. For the experienced or
intermediate practitioner.
- Brief introduction on the deepeer meaning of asana (postures)
in your Yoga practice.
- Unedited, continuous class progression building heat (tapas)
and inner balance.
- A full 85+ minutes of thorough asana sequencing: standing, twists,
balancing, abdominal, backbends, supine and counter-poses followed
by a deep guided relaxation.
- Some "advanced" postures to help you release old ideas of what
you can or cannot do.
- Thorough alignment instruction over deep ujjayi breathing for
present-moment awareness.
